Why Psychotherapy?

Making meaningful and lasting changes can be challenging. My approach to psychotherapy draws on a number of therapeutic approaches and is always uniquely tailored to the individual. Psychotherapy is a method of therapy that has been proven to be successful. And because I am a licensed healthcare professional, your therapy may be covered by your health insurance policy.

Take the First Step Today

Take the first step in the process by contacting me using the contact form on this site. I am based in Englewood, New Jersey. Currently I am only working with clients remotely by using either phone or the HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platform doxy.me for psychotherapy sessions

What to Expect

During our initial phone contact, you can expect to spend about 15 minutes reviewing your present needs. During this conversation, which is always free of charge, we can arrange a time to meet in my office located in Englewood, NJ, for our initial session. As part of our initial session, we will discuss your current situation in greater depth, we will work to establish what our goals will be, and we’ll determine the appropriate fee for therapy sessions and schedule future sessions.

Working Together

Once your therapy begins, we will explore your circumstances and the challenges you are facing. We’ll work together to identify practical ways for you to make meaningful and lasting changes. I will help you to clarify your thoughts and your feelings, and you and I will identify specific ways for you to move forward that will be comfortable and realistic. You can then enjoy the increased confidence that will come as you experience the effective development of your natural capacity to achieve your desired goals.
